Go With the Flowy

It really doesn’t matter what time of the year it is for me to wear something “flowy” such as this maxi skirt I purchased from T.J. Maxx. When winter comes, I may even wear it with tights and a turtleneck.

“Flowy” items such as this maxi skirt just makes me feel girly and comfortable all at the same time. It doesn’t make me feel confined as opposed to maybe jeans. I really need to add more relaxed items like this to my wardrobe especially times when I wake up feeling “BLAH” but still want to be stylish.

A tidbit about this skirt: I saw it at the T.J. Maxx when I was in Grand Rapids, Michigan for the Labor day weekend, but I decided not to purchase it at that time. Well about a week later I found it at (my) T.J. Maxx down the street from my home. That means it must have been meant for me to have. I actually said that to JESUS….”Well if it’s meant for me to have it, then it will show up at the store by me.” GOD knows what we like. HE knows us better than we know ourselves.

Psalms 37:4 “Delight yourself in the LORD; And He will give you the desires of your heart.”

Love these earrings I got from Aldo Accessories even though at first I thought they were too long, but they grew on me. It’s the crosses that excite me. *giggles*

The detail in the skirt is what caught my eye. It has a sparkly gold metallic stitching detailed design.
